changing workout, again :P

After testing techniques ive decided to continue with incline benching and squating twice a week but deadlifting only once. im hoping this will improve recovery especially in the posterior chain of the lower back and hamstrings. This should in turn help to improve my performance in the squat as muscles used are more rested. I think the deadlift is the best choice of excercise to cut back mainly because it is my strongest lift so doesnt need as much improvement and the heavier weight used stresses my muscles more so than lighter squats.
