Have always had a problem with mobility in my shoulders - left one in particular. Could be due to having a tight chest according to my trainer.
I find that my left shoulder just 'goes' if I work it too hard, to the point where after I've maxed out on it I can't even lift my arm above my head.
Have been given mobility exercises / stretches to do to work on it, and am lightly training it in between gym sessions.
