Shoulders-Triceps

Never done a shoulders/triceps combo before, I always used to group shoulders with legs and triceps with either chest or biceps. Found it hard going today, I was supposed to do reverse lat raises (hate them) and dips aswell but I really struggled with the dip machine as my chest is still sore from Sunday. Poor recovery methinks. Anyway, football next. 
 
By the way, if you look at today's workout, I used a powerlifting warm-up instead of stretching... its a really good way to get going and I'd reccommend it for others to try too. Basically perform 5 reps of Hang-Snacth, Military Press, Split Squats, Overhead squats without pausing between sets. Then have a brief rest and do it all again with the same or more weight. Then have another rest before beginning your main workout.
