Three Kittens...

Our Lads in Germany limp on to the quarter finals against Portugal! Woo! 
 
Anyhoo, training.... A return to leg exercises today, kept it gentle with some light front and back squats. Started doing the rest-pause system for bench press, i'd recommend anyone reading this to try it the burn is unbelievable! 
 
Disappointed with my pull ups I thought I'd have a quick return to form with them but found them very hard - maybe the fact it was 27 degrees in my garage had something to do with it (starting to sound like Sven...) 
 
I really like the bodypart analysis report, I think it'll turn out to be one of the most useful features of this site. But immediately you can see that shoulders get overworked - it's no wonder so many people pick up shoulder injuries.
