Well this is it.
This is the day I descided I am going to kick ass and take names and not be a fat cow. How can I make fun of fat cows if I am one?
Went and got all the supliemnts I am going to need, bought the mountain bike... so there are no excuses left. Already have the gym membership at the YMCA from the days when I was in great shape a couple years ago.
Found the muscle journal site and am going to religiously track my progress from fat ass to bad ass.
